It's not gel like at all. Do I need to shake it really really well?** A: Not suppose to be watery. You need to shake it as I've noticed if its sitting/not used, it gets watery consistency. It is supposed to be thicker like gel. Be gentle when you squeeze, because it will gob out. **Q: Does this help eliminate dog red eyes?** A: My dog did not have red eyes really, but he did have itchy eyes. Therefore his eyes would get a little red if he was pawing them too much.
