**Q: Brand new and Motor doesn't work.  Has anyone has this problem?**
A: I did not have this problem.  Make sure your batteries are in correctly.  If that doesn't work contact them.  They are very helpful.

**Q: Can you disable the 2 hour automatic shutoff?**
A: Not to my knowledge.
