I was sceptical especially with the price but they are worth every penny. I have the clogg style crocs that I like to wear about the house but my feet were always sweaty and would smell also even minutes after putting clean socks on. These inserts have prevented most of the sweating and the odour has gone! I did trim mine to fit into the very rounded toe shape of the shoe but fit in perfectly and dont move about. They almost feel medicinal with the natural wood scent and it wouldn't surprise me if there were medicinal benefits from these.
