Very easy to put together arrived early and it was all in one box. Also very easy to drift off to sleep while reclined back its like being in bed, but beware if you reach for anything on the floor or that it's a tad tippy.I reckon the power cable is too short tho I had to get a longer one so I could have the chair where I wanted it. Had it a few weeks now wish I got one yonks ago it's my first reclining chair and all good so far and I think it's a fair price for the chair compared to other ones out there.

**Q: Does this need regular servicing by an engineer, or can you DIY?**
A: I don't think so this chair required a regular servicing by an enginneer as i brought this for my father in law year a ago and till today it's working fine and never had any issues with it..

**Q: What is the delivery waiting time**
A: I orded this for my mum on the 28th Oct 2022, nd it was recd between the 4th to 9th Nov 2022, as on prime

**Q: Just in case it’s not suitable, what’s the refund policy?**
A: I thionk there is a refund if you are not satisifed but it probably is a nuisance to sort. I never had to do this and do not want to. Want to be sure about what I am getting.

**Q: does this product contain feathers?**
A: No feathers. It’s absolutely fantastic

This chair is absolutely worth the money, almost identical to one in shop, very comfortable and so easy to to build the one in shop was £200 more and exactly same functions , delivered quickly , I love it .

Also very easy to drift off to sleep while reclined back its like being in bed, but beware if you reach for anything on the floor or that it's a tad tippy.I reckon the power cable is too short tho I had to get a longer one so I could have the chair where I wanted it. Had it a few weeks now wish I got one yonks ago it's my first reclining chair and all good so far and I think it's a fair price for the chair compared to other ones out there.
