I checked and measured my sizing but they still weren't a good fit.. I got the recommend size and yet they didn't offer any element of shapewear to my belly, would roll down under clothing and didnt hold well at my waist. There were no leg measurements included for sizing, so upon trying, I discovered they are not only too big for my waist but also too small for my legs, and when wearing they make my legs look lumpy/bulge, and long term would probably negatively effect leg circulation. Disappointed that I wasn't allowed to return these as they are considered underwear, so they feel like an expensive waste of money.. I found some cheaper ones from China that were a much better fit, more comfortable, better shapewear elements and even felt better quality than these did..
