The mic is separate from the in-ears, and is on the cable itself. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great in ear monitors . I believe everybody could enjoy a pair. *by D***K on 15 November 2023* This particular model has met all of my requirements. I’m really pleased with the outcome. Thanks KZ ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Espectacular *by F***Z on 16 July 2023* Sonido espectacular, comodidad espectacular, sujeción espectacular... ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good For The Money and kind of impressive *by E***O on 13 July 2021* I liked how bright the mids and the highs were and how detailed they were, while at the same time having a huge soundstage to listen to. Some people are going to have a problem with how bright the sound is here and yeah these earphones are really loud, louder than any of the IEMs that I own at the same price. After a while it can feel like you were yelled at. The trade off to the fatigue is that instruments can be heard clearly and precisely and vocals are sharp when they're hitting high notes. The noise isolation is really excellent here, they reach really deep into your ear canals as usual for many of the designs that KZ offers, even when they're not jammed in there, isolation is still really decent when you find the right eartip. I heavily recommend foam eartips. As long as those eartips are not jammed all the way into your ear, the fit is not at all fatiguing for long periods of time. These ones are kind of heavy and the wire around your ear does feel like its lifting up the iem quite a bit. Even with the slightly bigger iem on my ear, it doesnt get fatiguing until you wear it for 5 plus hours in my opinion. The lack of bass is pretty evident but treble is found in copious amounts to try to compensate. You have to raise the volume quite a bit to get the bass to show or register, it's there but doesn't really make itself known, only showing brief registers of it. Even with that negative, if you like bright and colorful sound that borders on sounding artificial yet natural then these would be a really good fit for you. ## Frequently Bought Together - Kinboofi KZ AS16 in Ear Monitor Earphone Pure 8 Balanced Armature Drivers Per Side, KZ Stage Monitor Earphone High Fidelity Earbuds Headphone(with Mic,Black)… - Comply 500 Core Series | Memory Foam Replacement IEM Ear Tips for KZ, Moondrop, FiiO Sennheiser & More | Superior Noise Isolation, Ultimate Comfort, Secure Fit | Black (S/M/L) (3 Pairs) - KBEAR ST16 Plus Long IEMs Earphone Cable with QDC-Type Pin for KZ ZSN/ZSN PRO /EDX PRO/ZS10 PRO/ZSN PRO X/ZS12 PRO X/ZSX/ZAS/ZVX/AS16/ZAR/DQS/ASX/D-Fi/Castor/PR2/PR3/ZEX CCA CRA/C12/C10PRO (QDC 3.5MM) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/521685161-kinboofi-kz-as16-in-ear-monitor-earphone-pure-8-balanced](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/521685161-kinboofi-kz-as16-in-ear-monitor-earphone-pure-8-balanced) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
