Great! It reduced the inflammation in my body, and my skin looks great. I take it in the morning and last thing at night. This is a bitter herbal tea but you get use to it and a small price to pay for the benefits. I brew then drink it cold, i find it easier to take, you di to get use to tge bitterness. However, quality of the actual bag is poor and can split easily if you fiddle wirh it .
