When the White noise machine worked properly it was fantastic, however after about 2 days it stopped functioning altogether. desertcart has fantastic customer service so I was able to return it and get another one as an exchange. Within a week the same exact thing happened where you try to power it on and hear nothing but a hum. I figured it couldn't hurt to try a third time so I had them send me another one as a replacement. Within 2 weeks... you guessed it ... the same thing happened. Don't waste your time on this, it's an amazing product when it functions but it won't function for long. And since it happened with three separate machines I'm going to go out on a limb and say that this is just not a quality product at all. Review: Perfect! Do not look any further. - I love this. I bought it for my daughters room and it is loud enough for me to be noisey after she falls asleep. Vacuum, dishes, tv... nothing wakes her up with this thing in her room. It does have the sound of a fan, not the recorded fan thing. It is real air. The touch light feature is nice but I dont use it much and all of the buttons are touch screenish. No “click” sound when you push them. I ordered two and one of the machines didn’t work and the company was very helpful in the refund/return process. It’s a cheaper alternative to the DOHM white noise machine.
