Firstly the quality is far better than I thought it was going to be for the cost. Yes a couple of niggles like needing to 'backlock' the waist straps to stop them coming off the backpack itself but nothing to complain about. Ive made some modifications to it including putting a ventapack back in it, adding an elastic webbing to the front and extending the straps but those are all personal preference. Ive been using this bag for 2 - 3 day trips to London for the past few months and its been great. I love how I can out my clothes in one section and my computer etc in another and there's still room to spare. It has two outside waterbottle holders both which would hold a litre size bottle but I use one for a water bottle and the other houses my umbrella and emergency walking stick. There are straps on the bottom to hold things like a roll mat but not needed those. Ive attached a picture to show all the kit that I pack for a three day trip away and that all goes in the pack with a smidge of space left. Oh and the padded straps on the shoulders are very comfy.
