It’s not ideal, my 2 piggies have knocked it before and it fell through to the bottom of the cage, but it’s not heavy. You could try wedging the bottom of the ramp so it doesn’t move as much but it is not completely secure. In 6 months the boys only managed to move it twice so I am still really happy with it. **Q: Does this cage have smooth floors or is it ridged?** A: The floors are smooth :) **Q: Is there a flap which can cover the hole where the stairs go to make the top section completely separate from the bottom?** A: There is no flap supplied, but it is not hard to find something at home to seal the hole with. **Q: Is there a door in the bottom cage?** A: Yes there is.
