this is one of my favorite conditioners but wow the packaging and shipping was so bad. the first time i ordered it, it was never delivered and i wasnt notified about any delay or offered any refund. i talked to customer service and was able to get a replacement but when it came, the bottle wasnt wrapped and leaked every where, almost soaking a hole into the packaging! it was sticky and gross to the touch. i love this product but if the process of getting it will continue to be so painful idk…
