Product Description               Trofolastin Scar Reducer is a polyurethane dressing designed to reduce the appearance of hypertrophic scars and keloids, whether recent or old. Its mechanism of action is based on the control of pressure and moisture in the scar area, helping to correct arrangement of collagen fibers to improve skin regeneration. Thanks to its flexible and adhesive design, it adapts easily to the skin and can be trimmed to fit different scar sizes. It is waterproof and can stay attached for up to 7 days, ensuring continuous protection without the need for frequent changes. How to use: Wash and thoroughly dry the scar area before applying the dressing. Carefully remove the protective layer from the dressing. Apply the dressing over the scar making sure no creases remain and all edges are securely fixed. If necessary, trim the dressing before removing the protective layer to suit the size of the scar. Keep the dressing adhered for up to 7 days or change it sooner if it starts to peel off. To remove, gently lift one corner and peel off carefully. Trofolastin Scar Reducer is optimal for people with scars caused by burns, general surgery, cosmetic surgery or traumatic wounds. Its use is safe and does not contain active substances, which minimizes the risk of adverse reactions.
