Review: Superior product - I usually don't write reviews of items that i ordered here but this leather mat is superior.i ordered a week earlier a good quality acrylic platter mat but that 's nowhere near to this leather mat.Took music into new dimensions how i never heard before.Punchy bass and surprisingly strong high.First time i can tell that i listen a vinyl with reach sound and not just flat as a cd.The records don't slip at all like they are glued on the platter.I had problem with acrylic mat cleaning records on them.Was slippy but with this leather mat it is changed.Material is soft and i'm confident to put my virgin records on.You can't go wrong with this product.Highly recommended.It changed my whole music experience.
Review: Makes a slight improvement in sound reproduction - Good quality product. Nicely weighted and cuts down static, vibrations etc. Slightly Misleading In advert as not leather in the true sense of the word but more like black suede. But does the job all the same. Much better than the cheap nylon/felt based mat that came with my new Rega Planar 1 turntable.
