A: Hi, I have only used the jellies so far but they set very solid like gelatine jellies. They take care to reproduce as close as possible with their products so it would be worth a try. Sorry I cannot be more help. Incidentally, I contacted the company to ask a question a while back - have you thought of going direct to them with your question ?  Regards Jo Wood

Perhaps it’s just me but I really don’t like it. Yes, it thickens quickly but 1- strange taste and 2- flour like texture. Used one. Tried again (in case I did it ‘wrong’ the first time). Threw the rest away. :(
