They worked! Fit great, fun colors! Yes they remove easily but my daughter was 6, and said she wanted to stop but couldn't. These guards helped her be conscious of it. With consistency of making sure she wore them, within a few weeks she stopped sucking her thumb, even at night! They were a lifesaver, super glad we tried these before buying the expensive guard.
