They include gelatin so aren’t suitable for vegans and vegetarians. You are getting 60 here and if you stick to the recommended serving size of one twice daily then they will last you around a month. Pretty good value for money at under a tenner. You get a decent expiry date so more than enough time to use this supplement up.
