5 stars for the customer service3 stars for the product itselfBought it as a replacement for my note 3 n9005, the jack worked flawlessly, although it felt a lot tighter than the original one. The only issue with it was that the LED light did not work. The seller promptly sent me another one free of any charge, but the problem persisted. I have ordered another replacement from another place and that one had a working LED.If you do not care for the LED working, this is a product that does the job.
