However, the seller promptly sent me a replacement, and I truly appreciate that. The second jar arrived in perfect condition—the lid was secure, the packaging was clean, and the quality of the gulkand is really very good. The taste and texture are excellent. Overall, I’m happy with the product, but I hope the packaging and sealing are checked more carefully to avoid leakage issues in the future.
