Is that right?** A: Most of the exercises are done with the toes and the ball of the foot with the heel planted which is opposite of what they are doing. You might want to do some research on Pilates Foot Corrector Exercises. Think of tapping your foot to music only with weight resistance using just your toes or the ball of your foot while standing and thinking about what your abdominals and supporting muscles are doing while you do the exercise. This works into the arches, strengthens the toes. The Foot Corrector can get deep into the arch muscles like nothing else I have tried. **Q: How does one adjust springs on this apparatus?** A: I don't think you can. **Q: What is the difference between using this or the foot bar of a reformer?** A: The Foot Corrector is a unique standalone piece of equipment with it’s own set of exercises that has nothing to do with the reformer’s foot bar.
