One thing I really like is that it heats evenly and feels solid without being too heavy. The handle stays comfortable to hold, and the size is perfect for cooking meals for one or two people. After months of use, the cooking surface is still performing well. As you can see from my photos, the outside of the pan shows normal wear and discoloration from being used on a gas stove, but the nonstick interior remains in good condition and continues to do its job. FINALLY! A plan worth owning that doesn’t break the bank. I’ve been trying to replace old non stick pans that I’ve had for over a decade that are too warped and non-nonstick for use. I’ve tried and returned more expensive stainless, ceramic, and nonstick options because they were sticky or very hard to clean. This pan is high quality, very thick material that should stay flat and heat evenly for years to come. Most importantly, it’s nonstick as advertised and super easy to clean. I cook eggs on it frequently with no issue and simple sponge clean up with soap and water gets off anything that is left. The no rivet design is an added plus. I highly recommend and will be buying a smaller version of this pan so I can use it more.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great So Far

I received the 8" & 10" Tramontina Fusion Pans in perfect condition. I seasoned the pans as directed using canola oil. Both pans sit flat on my glass top stove when empty. The slightly above average length handles did not cause the pans to tip - the balance of the pans is good. The instructions that came with my stove advise to lift (all) pans on and off the burners and to not slide them to prevent or minimize scratching - I believe this is standard for glass top stoves, so these pans are indeed compatible with glass top stoves. The first use of these pans was successful: food did not stick during cooking (even after burning a sticky sweet sauce) and the non-stick surface cleaned up easily with soap and water. Some of the sticky sauce was burned onto the aluminum outside of the pan and it took scrubbing with an abrasive sponge to remove it. Next I will try cooking a French omlette.
