The main "plate" is thin, making it easy to slide under a pizza in the oven, but thick and heavy enough to be sturdy with no flex. There is perhaps a little too much weight, but that's a compromise with the thin design and steel material.The folding handle is convenient for storage with a soft grip rubber handle. The product loses 1 star for me as the handle doesnt completely lock into place when open. It isn't a huge problem in use but a more secure clip would be preferable. As it is there's just a slight lack of confidence when handling, especially when putting the pizza into the oven with the classic slide-jolt action. I suspect a wooden peel would be lighter and feel more direct in that regard. I value the space saving however.Delivery was prompt, and well packaged, I will look to Stone Kitchen for future purchases like this. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A must for your pizza ovan *by B***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 23 February 2019* Larger than expected but works great.
