Bought it as I have some loss of hearing and my old Nokia getting a bit battered. Unfortunately, however much I tried with varied setting the voice clarity was , for me, poor. It was certainly very loud but whereas I can always have a conversation with my Nokia I was constantly frustrated with the Amplico. Another minus point is the texting set-up. Very cumbersome compared to any other phone and in the end too annoying to use.
