I flavour my porridge with these as they are sugar free. If you are dieting then buy plain porridge and flavour it yourself. For those of you with a sweet tooth you may like to add some sweetener with this. I didnt and it went well with my chopped banana. Yum yum.

I had to change my review. This tasted foul and of chemicals. But tried it out in some chocolate brownies and worked out really well. Could pick up a really nice vanilla/caramel taste.
