No suporton the website, no trouble shooting, no response from support. By now this kind of product has been around long enough that this shouldn't be happening. It should be as simple as adding any other device to the WiFi. You select the network, enter the password, and you're done. But this requires an app, and QR codes and all kinds of steps none of which do a damn thing. Will be returning.

Absolute garbage. Spent hours trying to connect this to my network. So disgusted with this. No suporton the website, no trouble shooting, no response from support. By now this kind of product has been around long enough that this shouldn't be happening. It should be as simple as adding any other device to the WiFi. You select the network, enter the password, and you're done. But this requires an app, and QR codes and all kinds of steps none of which do a damn thing. Will be returning.
