It is especially dire for anyone on the move.I bought this device in big part as it was perfect on the road. Sadly Asus do not see that.Support is completely inflexible and you cannot talk to person dealing with your situation. You can only talk to front-line people who cannot help. The people who can help are not allowed to speak on the phone!I have been advised to write a letter to sort out my situation. 100% true I promise.After a nightmare trying to sort this out finally managed to get the machine looked at. Two main problems.
