I have tried other places and they fall off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's helping with my knee discomfort! *by D***V on 27 April 2023* Occasionally I get discomfort and pain in certain joints but usually my knee when I haven't had enough vitamin D. These patches have definitely helped but it hasn't been a walk in the park to use them. I'm hairy so finding a hairless spot for this patch was difficult. In the end I placed it on the inside of my arm but it feels a bit awkward. I find the supply information and instructions confusing which is why I've removed 1 star. Apparently this pack of 30 equates to a 7 month supply but the instructions state to use one every 24 hours so I think it would last for 7 months if you used these less frequently.
