Based on my experience, they assumed the oat milk had frozen during shipping which caused a change in flavor and consistency. They refunded and sent the same products for free knowing I needed to have the opportunity to try the product without the shipping problem. I. AM. AMAZED. This is the best milk alternative I have ever had. Ever. For both health and ethical reasons, I don't drink cow's milk. A lot of oat milk is not made with health and wellness in mind. Some that is healthier is disgusting. Willa's is healthy and absolutely INCREDIBLY delicious. This is my go to from now on. (and make sure you don't have it shipped during the winter!)

This oat milk really steps up my homemade latte game! It is a great consistency and makes my coffee taste wonderful. If mixing with coffee or espresso, I would suggest drinking it right away, as the milk does separate after some time, but it does not go bad you can just mix it up again.
