I have a medical need for a high protein diet. I started with Genepro in 2016, and always had good lab results. I stopped using it when I learned of the lawsuit. My labs (protein) declined significantly. I researched and found the original (creators/owners... whatever they're called) [Not the current ones] did not respond to lawsuit and lost on a default judgment. The original group did not have reputable clinical studies/research, and I concluded they were shady. Under NEW management/owners, whatever, there are reputable studies/research. I started using the product again in 2021 and my protein levels are back up where they are supposed to be. Absorption rates matter. I will never stop using Genepro again. It works beautifully for me, and my internist told me to keep doing what is working. **Q: Where do I find liquid to powder ratio for mixing?** A: One tablespoon is 30g of protein. It's meant to be mixed with hot or cold beverages etc. Not really sure of the ratio. I just add it to foods i'm cooking or drinks I make etc. **Q: If protein has 4 calories per gram, how could 30 g of protein only contain 56 kcal?** A: Thank you so much for your question.
