I was out on the day of the delivery but was lucky enough as the polite delivery driver phoned me and asked my instructions in regard to what to do with my items. When I get back home my boxes were waiting for me on my door step.When I opened the amazon boxes the cushion covers were in neat and tidy individual zippered bags. I unzipped the bags, took the covers out and gently shook them and admired the beautiful Mongolian curls. The back is faux suede and the zipper is hidden. They are very soft and cuddly and really well made...I also ordered the duck down inlets from Homescapes. Fantastic luxury feel and I know they will look amazing on my sofa when it arrives!
