I thought the safety locks were very good. I still use the bag and use the locks. I felt safe when using the bag , different compartments inside and outside, even, you can put a small bottle of water on both sides of the bag.

A: Yes!  Two pockets for water bottles or umbrellas. Zip up when not needed. Cause and middle compartment is large enough to hold a wallet camera Kindle for book

A: No, my iPad with protective case does not fit

**Q: The Black Bag says that it is 18" Wide and 4.5" tall, but the blue bag says that it is 11.5" x 10".  What are the correct dimensions?**
A: The dimensions listed for the black bag are incorrect.  I just measured my black bag and it is the same as listed for the blue bag of 11.5" x 10".

**Q: Please confirm dimensions.some reviewers contradict stated size?**
A: I'm in the middle of moving so the bag is in a box somewhere! :)The bag was true to size and very roomy.  I was so surprised at how much I got into the bag!   I took it on a 10 day European tour and loved it...just loved it!!!  It was perfect and I with the secure zippers I felt confident that it was secure while on the metro.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Useful travel handbag

I already had a smaller travelon handbag, but wanted something a little larger. This fitted the bull and the option of zip out side pockets to fit a small water bottle or umbrella were a useful addition. The various pockets worked well, including the pocket with a flap I used for my passport and travel pass for the whole holiday. What took my review down a star was the strap buckle which when adjusted for my size stuck into my back when seated against a back rest and also the little locking mechanisms on the swivel hooks on the handle which caught in knitted fabric otherwise a very sturdy bag for travelling with great antitheft features
