It comes with screws for different hosts and they are the correct length for the slide. The build material was superior to other other plates ive use. The only con is that it doesnt come in titanium. Installation was straight forward torqued to 15 in/lbs. Review: Great Plate for the RMR type 2 - Order the 14B for the RMR was sent the incorrect size but they were quick to replace the plate. Has it cheaper then from Springfield as well as some other sites online. Seems to be well made.
