Gentle scent. Destroys urine odor. - I am very impressed with this laundry detergent. I use it for my dog's belly bands. Sometimes he gets urine in them. I accidentally washed them with regular detergent and they came out smelling like urine. So I had to re-wash them with this pet detergent and the smell was gone. You only need one to two small capfuls per Wash load so I expect that the bottle will last a while. I am happy with my purchase and as long as I need pet detergent I will likely continue to use this. Review: WORKS. WORKS. WORKS!!! 🥳🥳 - I would rate this product 10,000 STARS if I was able to. This product not only works, but it works AMAZINGLY. Unfortunately for me, our female cat pees in her toy basket when she is mad that I haven’t cleaned her litter box on time. Fortunately for this soap, I get to RAVE about how much it works. So, I couldn’t even get within a foot of the cat toy box because it REEKED. I mean, it was BAD. ChatGPT recommended this as the best, safest, and irregardless of price cat laundry detergent. I spent my night taking insanely hot water mixed with a ton of this soap (twice), and just let the toys sit for an hour each soak. The pink water is after the first soak, and the clear water is after the second soak, plus I rinsed all the toys individually with cold water after. There is NO smell. The odor eliminator in this product is AMAZING. I will say, the soap itself smells very strong in the bottle, but it doesn’t relay very harshly to whatever you’re washing. 1000/10 stars for me, I will be forever buying and rebuying this. The size of the product is an amazing bang for your buck, it’s so easy to use, and I can only imagine that it’s going to work even better on towels and blankets I have to test out and wash. BUY. THIS. PRODUCT. ## Features - 100% - PETTERGENT - THE PET LAUNDRY DETERGENT: Your furbaby's favorite soft toy, dog blanket, pet bed, collars, clothes, and all other laundry items get dirty & smelly over time and need to be washed. PetTergent is the first and & only pet safe laundry detergent made specifically for pet smells, stains, and soils, & their microbiome so there's no need for additives, boosters, stain sticks, or sprays to use on top of your human detergent. Your furbaby has their own laundry, they need PetTergent. - SPECIFIC TO PET STAINS: Human laundry detergent is formulated for human needs, like coffee, ketchup, & body odor, not formulated for "that dog smell", stains, soils, or pet odors from pet messes like crusty dog toys, cat urine, feces, blood, vomit, & that stubborn 'dog' smell that you just can't seem to get out. Human stains & odors are different than pet stains & odors, so the laundry detergent to handle these should be different too. PetTergent was formulated specifically as a pet detergent for pet laundry needs; cleaning, deodorizing, eliminating stains for fresh & clean laundry, while being safe for their skin & noses. - PET ENZYME LAUNDRY DETERGENT: We were tired of turning over laundry labels and finding tons of chemicals, so we did something about it. Human laundry detergents often contain toxic ingredients like bleach, ammonia, & formaldehyde that can be passed to your furbaby by playing or snuggling. Instead, PetTergent, the dog laundry detergent, uses naturally-occurring enzyme blends as a pet stain remover, OdorArmor and SebumDestroyer as pet odor removers, and uses pet-safe & biodegradable surfactants to clean pet laundry. - PET SAFE LAUNDRY DETERGENT: Pet skin is up to 10x thinner than our own skin, and their noses are up to 100,000x better than ours, meaning their needs are physically, biologically, and chemically different. Just because human laundry detergent works for us, doesn't mean it'll work for our pets. PetTergent is formulated not only to be specific to pet messes, but made with pet safe ingredients and vet-approved, pet-safe scents to not irritate pet skin or noses, and is safe to use on all laundry. - GREENER PET LAUNDRY: You might've checked your own laundry detergent for how 'green' it is, how about your pets? PetTergent is made with 90%+ bio-based and biodegradable ingredients derived from nature, and all ingredients are approved by the EPA Safer Chemicals Ingredients list, and bottled in recyclable packaging. So we can protect our pets and keep their world beautiful. At Pet Parents, we continuously strive to improve pet products, and PetTergent is no different. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0BYY5MHPR | | Best Sellers Rank | #8,240 in Pet Supplies ( See Top 100 in Pet Supplies ) #26 in Dog Stain Removers | | Brand | Pet Parents | | Brand Name | Pet Parents | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 591 Reviews | | Item Form | Liquid | | Item Type Name | Item | | Item Volume | 32 fluid ounces | | Manufacturer | Pet Parents | | Material Feature | Biodegradable | | Material Features | Biodegradable | | Material Type Free | Bleach Free | | Model Number | 1053718 | | Number of Items | 1 | | Part Number | 1053718 | | Scent | Calming | | Size | 32 Fl Oz (Pack of 1) | | Special Features | Breathable | | Specific Uses For Product | Washing Machine | | Surface Recommendation | Fabric | | UPC | 810026522352 | | Unit Count | 32 Fluid Ounces | ## Product Details - **Brand:** Pet Parents - **Item Form:** Liquid - **Material Feature:** Biodegradable - **Scent:** Calming - **Specific Uses For Product:** Washing Machine ## Images ![PetTergent®, Enzymatic Pet Laundry Detergent, 32 oz 32 Loads Pet Stain Remover & Pet Odor Eliminator, Laundry Detergent for Pets (Calming, 32 oz) - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51GeLnm23iL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Size, Scent** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Why do I need a separate detergent for my furbaby?** A: Pet skin is up to 10x thinner than our own, meaning human detergent was not formulated for specific pet soils like urine, poo, blood, and vomit, and might not be safe for them. PetTergent is pet-safe, and was formulated for the soils mentioned. **Q: How much should I use?** A: Thanks to its 25% more concentrated formulation, for regular loads, use 1-2oz of PetTergent, for larger loads, use 2oz or more of PetTergent. Use more or less depending on the level of soil and odor. **Q: Can I use this as an additive?** A: PetTergent is a laundry detergent for pets and will wash your furbaby’s laundry without the need for other additives or boosters. **Q: Is it safe for both HE and standard washers?** A: PetTergent is safe to use for both High Efficiency and Standard washing machines. **Q: Can I wash human laundry with it?** A: While PetTergent is safe for all laundry, it is targeted specifically toward pet stains and odors like blood, urine, poo, and ‘that dog smell’. That being said, washable furniture, blankets, or human clothing can also benefit from PetTergent. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works! Gentle scent. Have tried other enzymatic cleaners and solutions like Dirty Labs, Nature’s Miracle, Skout’s Honor, and others but the urine salts remain. Rewashed everything with this detergent and the smell is gone. A more expensive solution but SO WORTH IT, especially with puppies. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pet Parents® PetTergent®, Enzymatic Pet Laundry Detergent, 32 oz 32 Loads Pet Stain Remover & Pet Odor Eliminator, Laundry Detergent for Pets (Calming, 32 oz) - Nature’s Miracle Laundry Boost In-Wash Stain and Odor Remover, 32 Ounces, Laundry Stain and Odor Removing Additive For All Machines --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.hr/products/526516123-pettergent-enzymatic-pet-laundry-detergent-32-oz-32-loads-pet](https://www.desertcart.hr/products/526516123-pettergent-enzymatic-pet-laundry-detergent-32-oz-32-loads-pet) --- *Product available on Desertcart Croatia* *Store origin: HR* *Last updated: 2026-10-03*
