We did have a issue with the first tub we received. When bring packaged to ship the top was cut. We sent it back and it took about 3 weeks for a new one to be manufactured and shipped. For our project it was fine, but if I had been on tight deadline it would have been an issue. I talked to the company a few times and the customer service was great. Side note does not come with drain. I called customer service and they emailed me the link and worked perfect. Easy to install.
