The item I received had broken packing styrofoam, the power adapter was just thrown in on top of the mixer which scratched the face plate. No manual or documentation - supposed to come with a free Cubase license. Powered on and the touch screen was locked with an admin password. Master fader was damaged, would not slide smoothly. Clearly not mint condition.
