Review: Titanium alloy has a strong texture - It seems that there is no green bag packaging, so I was not too disappointed when I received the purple bag.the spoon size is appropriate, and there are many scratches on the surface, but it looks like a new product. It looks very sturdy, made of titanium。 It's easy to use!When you poke food into your mouth, you have to be careful, Because of fast eating, the sharp teeth of the fork stung my lips.
Review: Good little set at a reasonable weight - I've had a few different sporks, spoons etc combos and whilst in a lot of cases a spoon is just a spoon, there's a surprising amount of variance. Two things to look out for when buying titanium lightweight cutlery, is the finish and the size of the spoon bowl On some titanium cutlery, the bead blasted finish can be abrasive on the teeth, causing a grainy feeling when eating from the spoon. Some manufacturers have gotten around this by polishing the spoon. In the case of snowpeak, the tumbled stonewash finish is not abrasive, yet does not tarnish like a polished spoon - good. Again, it seems crazy to be reading so much into a spoon, but a lot of the lightweight models are very shallow / flat making it difficult to scoop up soup / sauce in any quantity. The Snowpeak is a good sized bowl for shovelling food into your face. Whilst not as big a concern, the forks in a lot of these sets feature tines that rounded off or too shallow (meaning food slips off). This is not the case here; where you're getting a decent quality fork. All in all very good. It's not the lightest set out there (such as the good cheapo Alpkit sets) but you're getting something sturdy and reliable that's nice to eat with.

**Q: How long are they?**
A: 6.5”, per the Snow Peak website. (Imagine that! A place on the internet where you can get information about a company’s product! Of course, you have to exert yourself; it’s much easier to get someone else to do it for you.)

**Q: What’s the finish like on these? Are they like the surface of a chalkboard or more smooth/shiny?**
A: Not shiny. They appear like the picture more matte.

**Q: Are these dishwasher safe?**
A: Completely dishwasher safe. Mine have been through many times.

**Q: Does it come with the carrying case?**
A: It comes with the nylon strap pocket cover that you see here, which isn't quite a carrying because it doesn't cover the tops of the utensils completely. I usually put it in the nylon thing and then wrap it in a multipurpose cloth before I put it in my bag.

I've had a few different sporks, spoons etc combos and whilst in a lot of cases a spoon is just a spoon, there's a surprising amount of variance. Two things to look out for when buying titanium lightweight cutlery, is the finish and the size of the spoon bowl On some titanium cutlery, the bead blasted finish can be abrasive on the teeth, causing a grainy feeling when eating from the spoon. Some manufacturers have gotten around this by polishing the spoon. In the case of snowpeak, the tumbled stonewash finish is not abrasive, yet does not tarnish like a polished spoon - good. Not like other camping cutlery that are often too small or shallow etc. They were definitely worth it for me and I wish I'd gone for these first!
