The Bose A30 Aviation Headset is best utilized where noise is pervasive, comfort is required and communication is critical. The Bose A30 is Bose’s highest-performing, full-featured around-ear active noise cancelling aviation headset to date. With 20% less clamping force than the Bose A20 and redistributed weight for superior on-head stability, the comfort of the A30 rises to the top among over-the-ear form factors. The Bose A30 Aviation Headset with Bluetooth further improves upon the comfort and functionality of the Bose A20 with a new acoustic design and a fully digital active noise reduction (ANR) system. As the first-ever around-ear aviation headset with three modes of user selectable noise cancellation, the Bose A30 enables pilots to control the noise they hear in the cockpit. Plus, the Bose A30’s optional Bluetooth interface and tap control for talk-through communication offer versatility for pilots across all aircraft. Review: Great upgrade from A20s but downside is the new ANR - I’ve put about 1,000 hours on my headset now and will say. The ANR isn’t as good as a set of A20s in my opinion. I do fly 300 and 400 series Cessnas pressurized and unpressurized. I have listened to music through these at max or near max volume for 90% of the time. Sometimes on max volume and ATC Going the speaker will distort in your ear. Great music sound also. Just need to improve on ANR

I’ve put about 1,000 hours on my headset now and will say. The ANR isn’t as good as a set of A20s in my opinion. I do fly 300 and 400 series Cessnas pressurized and unpressurized.
