Famous for its salty taste, Aswan Kashmiri Namkeen Tea is famously known as the Pink Tea owning to its beautiful color. Prepared from health beneficial green tea leaves, in a unique way, the taste is distinctly salty and yummy. Who would'nt want to indulge in a warm cup of tea on a cold winter day.The bitter taste of this tea combines with the savory taste of milk and salt added to it making it a refreshing and soothing drink, and providing you the warmth you need inside out. How to Make Noon Chai:- You Will Need Nun Chai Tea leaves – 1 table spoon, Salt – 1/2 tea spoons, Sodium Bicarbonate (Baking Soda)- a pinch, Milk - 1 ½ cup, Water – 3 cups Procedure Take 3 cups of water in a pot. Add Nun Chai tea leaves to it and Let it boil for like 30 minutes. Add to it a pinch of sodium bicarb (phul, locally). Bring to a boil again, till the color changes to wine.Add the milk now. Add salt. Bring to boil once more.Check for salt and adjust accordingly.
