Review: A Red Hot Beast!!! - 3 years later and this bad boy is still pumping out 100+ frames on the most demanding games. However, it is absolutely a waffle iron. I’d recommend getting rid of the stock Liquid Metal paste, and moving to a high-end thermal paste like Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut. Just be extremely careful when you clean the stock paste. I’d google why if I were you. 32gb 4080 version pumping out on max settings: CoD: 160 FPS Warzone: 90FPS BF6: 120FPS Path Of Exile: 120FPS Star Citizen v4.9 Vulkan: 80-180FPS (depending on location) Palworld: 100FPS (a little micro stutter) Gray Zone: 90-120FPS War Thunder: 360FPS (on Movie settings)
Review: Rock solid. - It managed to get into this boot loop within the first week, though, which could've been my fault. I had to send it out to Dell. They repaired it and sent it back and it's been running great since. I think they're great computers. Most games I run balls to the wall, with v-sync on. No problems.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: Why go for 360 hz fhd instead of 4k 144 hz ?????**
A: Because if you mainly play competitive games (e.g. CS:GO or Valorant) having a high refresh rate is far more important than having a really clear 4k panel. And anyway a 4k panel on a laptop is usually considered a waste of money as at laptop size, you can't really tell the difference.

**Q: When will the 3080Ti version release?**
A: There is no estimate available for the release of a configuration with 3080 Ti. Please follow the product availability details with the Amazon support team.

**Q: mechanical keyboard ?**
A: No, this system comes with Alienware X series thin keyboard with per key AlienFX lighting.

**Q: Ddr4 or ddr5 ram?**
A: This system supports Dual-Channel DDR5 memory with a speed of 4800MHz.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rock solid.
*by S***H on June 6, 2024*

### ⭐ Would not turn on!!!
*by A***Y on January 16, 2024*

I was very excited to receive my very expensive, first Alienware laptop. Out of the box, it did not disappoint. Software was a little buggy, but that was only a minor annoyance at best. The performance was incredible, I was very pleased. It worked very well, until suddenly it didn't work at all. The power just went off, and it wouldn't turn back on. I assumed that maybe it overheated. I left it off and unplugged for a while, then plugged it back in and let it sit a little longer. Still didn't work. I followed numerous suggestions I found online, but the system remained lifeless. Unfortunately, I was forced to do a return for a refund (replacement was not offered). I'm left with a negative view of Alienware after this experience. Had it concked out a few weeks later, I would have been beyond Amazon's return period. Then, I would have had to deal with the manufacturer. So, great performing laptop, when it works. But, buyer beware....
