It's excellent value for an organic product. I love hot chocolate, drink it all the time, and as a milk substitute this definitely provides the best flavour combination for this drink. I wouldn't use it in tea or coffee though.....it has a tendency to settle rather than stay well mixed as a suspension. I use a "whizzer" to mix my hot chocolate up, and it can achieve a small froth with that. Used in porridge it is an excellent combination with oats, as you can imagine! It goes well with other cereals too, if you don't mind the slightly off-white colour.
