I went to the ER and they recommended eye drops & cold compresses. The se were the perfect size to cover my eye and one side was fabric while the other side was soft vinyl. Follow the directions and use as recommended otherwise you can damage the delicate skin on your eye area. They also added a gauze bandage so you can wrap it around your head to hold the cold pack in place, or any other area. I tried them from the fridge and they weren’t cold enough for me.
