Works with third party inflators designed for schrader valves. - Works on presta valves quite well; just have to read the instructions and see that you need to flip a little insert to swap from schrader to presta valve function. While this is made to screw into compact Fanttik inflators, my primary reason for buying this was to connect to my DeWalt DCC020IB 20v inflator designed only for schrader valves. This adapter works great on the DeWalt inflator and saves me from having to install a presta to schrader valve adapter on the valve itself (and avoiding the risk of then unscrewing the valve core when I remove it) for each tire. Instead I just leave this connected to the inflator and I'm set when it's time to air up my bike tires before a ride. Removal is very easy with the Dewalt's connector style so it doesn't get in the way when it's time to do my car tires. Highly recommend this for value and ease of use - beats buying an expensive silca pump head. Also, if you DO have a compact Fanttik inflator for emergency use and have the room in your bag to carry this adapter with it, you'll appreciate this over the basic short hose/compact adapter it comes with. It's a lot easier to use at the expense of a bit more weight/size, though not much.

Well, the adapters from Schrader to the Presta valve was equally frustrating. I kept getting error messages on the Milwaukee inflator and it was taking just as long as the hand pump to finally get the right tire pressure. Then I found this Fanttik Air Pump Hose Adapter. I really didn't have very high hopes that this would work, but am I ever very pleased with this hose adapter!!! It took me a little time to figure out the instructions. At first, I thought I was missing the Presta Valve rubber seal. But after looking at the rubber seal, one side is the Schrader and the other side is for the Presta valve. You just need to turn it around and put it back together. Finally, this is an awesome seal and there is no more messing around with the other finicky adapters. My Milwaukee worked perfectly and aired up my tire to the exact pressure. I actually bought a second Fanttik Air Pump Hose Adapter just to have on hand. Thank you Fanttik, finally a quality seal and ease in pumping up my Presta Valve bike tire..... Just like it should be this easy in the first place!!!

**Q: Can this be used to inflate wheel barrow and snow blower tires?**
A: If you inflate your tires with a standard tire pump, this Fantik adapter will work. The Fantik adapter will only work with the Fantik Air Pump.

**Q: Checking air or inflating, can't get the head to completely lock on valve. There is always a leak of air, often slow but readout shows it drop. Ideas?**
A: The schrader valve on the fannttik hose is not seated properly or the hose valve or the tire valve is damaged. Try on different tire.  Also, try a different air supply source.

**Q: This one work with any air compressor**
A: no. It is for the fanttik only.

**Q: Can this pump hose adaptor be screwed on to the hose that came with the Fantik Apex inflator to extend the length of the basic hose?**
A: I didn’t try to screw to hose, I think that there isn’t screw.  But is possible directly to screw to the body of Fanatic X8(my case) this pump hose adaptor can be screwed there.

Works on presta valves quite well; just have to read the instructions and see that you need to flip a little insert to swap from schrader to presta valve function. While this is made to screw into compact Fanttik inflators, my primary reason for buying this was to connect to my DeWalt DCC020IB 20v inflator designed only for schrader valves.
