**Q: where was this product made?**
A: This product is made in the United States, but the coconuts are from India (primarily) and Malaysia.

**Q: Whhy can't you use charcoal made from other wood like mesquite?**
A: This is made from coconut shells and produces a smaller (finer) powder than sources from wood. The smaller the particle, the more absorption power, so pound-for-pound coconut charcoal is better than wood charcoal.

**Q: I need to decolorize solution , Can you advise what size filter do I have to use?**
A: I use a "slow", 6um filter paper. Found for about 13$ for 100 sheets here on Amazon. Seems to work for me as long as there is a proper seal

**Q: Is this glyphosate free?**
A: yes
