**Q: Whats the scoliva unit?**
A: According to the Hot Ones when it was on Season Six in the #9 spot it is 550,000 Scoville Heat Units. We personally think it's much hotter!

**Q: Why does the sauce coagulate in neck of bottle when only half full? Have to clean with qtips to pour sauce?**
A: Any naturally thick sauce like this one will do that sometimes. It's fine. Just use a toothpick or smack the bottom of the bottle on your palm a couple of times before opening.

A: No, this sauce is thick and tastes great.  4 kinds of peppers, from mash.  Quite spicy!
