You can NOT wear this on it's own with undergarments. It's is completely sheer and thin. The photos do not show this at all, unfortunately. I read some reviews speaking about it but figured the darker colors you could get away with...nope. This is literally a sheer pool cover up. And an expensive one at that. I'm back and forth about returning. On the one hand it's really expensive for what this is and want to send back to use the money on an actual dress that I needed, on the other, it IS really nice and I could still probably use it for the beach/pool.
