A: Conversion Ratio: Parts-per-million (PPM) is used in describing the quantity of a dissolved substance when working with an aqueous solution. Recommended Dietary Allowance (RDA) of mineral combinations are generally recommended in milligrams (MG). RDAs are based off of inefficient compounds of each mineral. MG absorbed is more important than MG consumed. Zinc 300 PPM = 1.5 MG per teaspoon at a nearly 100% absorption rate.

**Q: My bottle just arrived and it was not full. Is this a normal look? I understand that the bottle itself could be bigger than 8oz., but I'd like to know**
A: They are not filled to the very top. From my memory, the fill line is somewhere above the top of the label. If you feel that the bottle may have leaked, liquids evaporated, etc. contact the vendor. Otherwise the Angrstrom minerals company is very good and would be able to to assist you with a quality control issue.
