As is often the case, the product is poorly described on Amazon (common guys!). These are 10cm coach bolts with a torx head that come in packs of 100 items. They are suitable for outside use as well as indoors. The torx head is great because it rarely twists off like philips heads and you can power it in straight off in seconds with a drill driver. I used 7mm wood drill bit for pilot holes which seemed to work. I suspect it would work with a smaller drill bit but this seems to strike the balance between snug and speed to power-in.
