The letters designating color are easy to remember C for Caucasian M for Mexican B for Black. 60 microns is just big enough not to blur like smaller particle pigments (thinner liquids you don't have to shake before each use) but not too big to be pushed out by the skin like a splinter. This way it remains in the skin longer and doesn't spread so the edges are sharper. Garrett did a good job inventing this.
