Since this product is advertised as hydrating and conditioning, i decided to give it a try. While the color is great, I can’t say that it provides any hydration or conditioning, but I admit it could just be a me problem. The primary complaint I have is that the tube broke. I’d only been using it a few weeks, still had tons of balm left, and hadn’t had any issues with it. Then last week while I was using it, the whole tube just came apart, and there was no way to fix it. I had to throw it away. And then I ordered another one just because I like the color, and it doesn’t make my lips even more dry like lipstick does. Smudge resistant? Nope, it comes off pretty easily.
