Hier hat mich immer gestört, dass ich das Eigelb über hatte und nicht zu nutzen wusste.Besonders für den Eiweißfluff (Rezept findet man zuhauf auf Instagram), war das Pulver gedacht.Zunächst zur Verpackung. Es kommt, anders als auf dem ersten Bild abgebildet, in zwei 500g Dosen, nicht in einer Tüte. Finde ich ok, es gibt schlimmeres. Hier werden im Prinzip zwei Produkte abgebildet auf den Bildern. Bei mir ist halt nicht die Tüte von der Eierei gekommen, sondern zwei Dosen (500g) von Proteinvital. Wie gesagt, für mich ist das in Ordnung.Perfekt finde ich das Pulver für steifgeschlagenes Eiweiß, also Eischnee. Dieser lässt sich perfekt herstellen mit dem Pulver und Wasser.Sonst lässt sich das Pulver mit Wasser leider nicht gut verrühren, so das es ansonsten nicht zu nutzen ist für z.B. Omelette oder ähnliches. Es muss mit dem Mixer verrührt werden und wird damit dann auch direkt steif.Wie gesagt, dafür ist es perfekt, weshalb es auch perfekt für den Eiweißfluff geeignet ist.Ansonsten ist die Verarbeitung eher schwierig, daher der Sternabzug.Geschmack ist super, so wie Eiweiß halt schmeckt. Kein künstlicher Beigeschmack oder ähnliches und steifgeschlagen auch kein Unterschied zu flüssigem Eiweiß.Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Produkt und für meine Zwecke ist es bestens geeignet!
