For my daughter, the single use pads and now this “never run out, always on” COMPLETELY eliminates her period pains / literally within a minute or so of applying. Last night, second using, she fell asleep with it still going, something that would have normally taken hours to achieve with all the associated pain - to the extent she woke up the next am 100% refreshed, but found the device had run out of charge - of course it had. I have also tried it and can be used for heat or massage to any part of the body. There is a soft material that covers the pad, so touch and feel on the skin is fairly comfortable and adds to the heat. The holding band is adjustable, so can be fitted around how tight you want it and also dependent on what you are doing while wearing it. Quite a few options to select for heat levels and modes for the vibration. I found the timer option pretty handy, as it then you can forget about it and know that you have used it for a set amount of time, or when wearing to bed it will switch off when using the timer. The pad is smaller than what I expected, which was better as I thought initially it looked quite bulky in the photos, so it being more compact make it is easier for packing, transporting or carrying. It is early days, but so far so good - my wife hasn't quite got rid of the hot water bottle yet, but hopes to.
